Why did you start Farrell's?
I met my beautiful wife who had been in Farrell's before we met. Her results encouraged me to start.
How has Farrell's changed your life?
After competitive swimming, I struggled to replace what had been years of four-hour days working out.
Why did you decide to coach?
I love to teach. In my work, I don't get the opportunity to instruct, so Farrell's is my outlet. The reward has been incredible and it feels great to be touching lives.
