And we plan the entirety of it for you—not only what to eat, but how much and when. We teach you what your body needs for you to reach your goals. To make things even easier, your coach will always be there to respond to questions and give you guidance. They will review your food logs and meal plans to help keep you headed in the right direction. Simple Eating for 10 Weeks

During your 10-Week Challenge, we’ll teach you about good nutrition. You’ll learn what to eat, when to eat it, and how much you should eat of different essential nutrients at every meal. Your entire Farrell's Family will be here to assist you, especially your coach. You’ll learn how to plan your meals and record them for success.

Don’t sweat it if thinking ahead isn’t your thing! As part of your 10-Week Challenge, you’ll receive 10 full weeks of meal plans! These include specific instructions and guidance on portion sizes with all meal plans and even weekly grocery lists. And your nutrition plan wouldn’t be complete without the Farrell's Fun Day! On Sundays, we advise members to treat themselves and indulge their cravings.

Our meal plans are adjustable. Follow them as written or mix it up to correspond to your tastes. Some members like to eat similar meals every day for an entire week, while others like to have alternatives. Your coach, or everyone in your Farrell's Family will be there for you if you have any questions. Not certain which foods are interchangeable? Just ask. Not feeling full after a meal?
